Idle Free Systems: Hires Brent Hamil as sales director for southeast region

Madison, WI (June 25, 2013) Idle Free Systems, Inc. announces Brent Hamil has been named it’s new Southeast Region Sales Director for the electric auxiliary power unit (APU) manufacturer. Based in Atlanta, GA, Hamil is charged with growing the Idle Free dealer network and increasing sales of the Idle Free electric APU.

Hamil will lead sales efforts across Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia, building upon his previous success in establishing dealer relationships in this region of the United States. He will also be responsible for working with fleets to increase awareness of the unique benefits of the Idle Free system.

Hamil, who has more than 18 years of consultative sales and technical product experience in the trucking industry, joined the Idle Free team from Noregon Systems where he was responsible for sales and support of diagnostic software into major trucking fleets and service providers. Hamil also previously held positions with Freight Wing, Glacier Bay and Mitchell1, a division of Snap-On Diagnostics.
