WisBusiness: Janesville metro sees highest Nov. jobless rate in state – 7.4%

Janesville reported the highest November unemployment rate of any metro area in the state, according to figures released today by the state Department of Workforce Development.
Janesville's rate of 7.4 percent compares to a rate of 6.6 percent a month earlier. The lowest rate in the state was Madison's 3.9 percent, up from the previous month's 3.5 percent.
