Owner Marie Rohrer states that “Go Wild With Birds will be an Eco-friendly business. Reuse, Reduce, and Recycle. Most of our display and decorating supplies came from the Habitat ReStore. We are reusing old building materials that would otherwise go to the landfill. I am reducing the use of plastic packaging by having customers reuse their own containers to refill with our feed. Our bird feeders are made out of recycled plastic and have a tag that states the number of plastic containers that were used in their manufacture process. Even our bird feed tags and our business cards are made of recycled paper”.
