WisBusiness: State adds jobs in July as jobless rate ticks down

By WisBusiness Staff Wisconsin added more than 9,000 jobs in July on a seasonally adjusted basis as the state unemployment rate dropped to 7.8 percent from 7.9 percent a month earlier.
