Marcus & Millichap: Facilitates $2.86M sale of 242-Unit self-storage property in Janesville, Wisconsin

JANESVILLE, Wis., May 19,2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Lark Self Storage, a 242-unit self-storage property located in Janesville, Wisconsin. The property sold for $2.86 million.

Silvers, Sean Delaney and Dan Bowar, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook and Milwaukee offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the local seller. Silvers and Delaney procured the buyer, a local business owner. 

Lark Self Storage is situated on 9.44 acres at 3031 E. County Rd. O in Janesville. Built in 2015 with recent updates completed in 2025, the facility includes 176 non-climate-controlled self-storage units across 40,900 rentable square feet, along with 66 RV and boat storage parking spaces. The property is located along Interstate 90 with access to Madison, Milwaukee and Chicago. It will be operated by the new ownership as Interstate Secure Storage.
