Faith Technologies Incorporated: Earns Mental Health Excellence Platinum Status for fifth year

MENASHA, Wis. (May 5, 2026)  Faith Technologies Incorporated™ (FTI), a national leader in engineering, construction, manufacturing and clean energy, has been awarded a Platinum Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health for the fifth consecutive year by Mental Health America (MHA). The Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health is a national employer certification program that recognizes employers committed to creating mentally healthy workplaces.

FTI achieved a near‑perfect score of 97%, up from 95% last year and 89% in its first year applying — reflecting a sustained commitment to team member mental health and well-being.

MHA is the leading national nonprofit dedicated to promoting mental health, well-being and illness prevention. With decades of experience researching mental health in the workplace, MHA introduced the Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health in 2019 to recognize organizations that prioritize policies and practices that support employee mental health and well-being.

“Supporting mental well-being reflects our commitment to caring for our teams at FTI,” said Mike Jansen, CEO. “Across the field and office, we’re creating a culture where conversations about mental health are encouraged and normalized. Our team members know that their mental and physical well-being is a priority.”

The Bell Seal recognizes employers committed to creating mentally healthy workplaces by awarding Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze recognition levels. Only two in five employers meet the standards for Bell Seal certification, and FTI achieved Platinum status for the fifth consecutive year. Bell Seal recipients complete a comprehensive application assessing workplace policies and practices that support employee mental health and well-being, including culture, benefits, compliance and wellness.

“This fifth-year milestone highlights why prioritizing mental health matters, especially in our industry,” said Alyssa Kwasny, FTI Wellness Program Director. “It reflects the consistent, thoughtful efforts behind creating a workplace where people feel supported, and we’re excited to build on this momentum to create meaningful impact for our team members and their families.”
