Milwaukee, WI — [September 3, 2026] — The Boldt Company is excited to announce the relocation of its Waukesha office to Elm Grove, Wis., beginning in September 2026.
The move reflects Boldt’s continued growth in the Milwaukee region and reinforces the company’s long-standing commitment to serving clients, partners, and communities throughout the Milwaukee region.
The new location will support Boldt’s expanded presence in the market while providing space for employees to collaborate and support project delivery.

Boldt will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the new office in spring 2027.
Boldt Real Estate will continue to operate from its downtown Milwaukee location. The new Elm Grove location will support Boldt’s construction operations in the Milwaukee market.
