Madison International Trade Association: June 8 event — “The business of immigration: What companies need to know when hiring non-U.S. citizens”

No matter which side you favor in the national debate on immigration, non-U.S. citizens can provide a valuable source of human capital for your company. However, it is important to understand the rules that U.S. companies must follow when hiring noncitizens. The Madison International Trade Association, together with our sponsors at the UW-Madison Center for International Business Education and Research (CIBER) and Center for World Affairs and the Global Economy (WAGE), are proud to present this event on June 8th.

What you will learn:

* Hiring on an H1B or other visa;

* Sponsorship for a green card;
