Included in the fare sale is travel on Midwest Airlines and Midwest Connect. Travel Monday through Saturday for the lowest sale fares; slightly higher fares apply for travel on Sunday. Tickets must be purchased at least 10 days in advance and by midnight, Central time, April 20, 2007. Fares are valid for travel April 27, 2007 through February 12, 2008. Travel is not permitted November 20-26, December 20-31, 2007 and January 1-2, 2008. Travel is valid Monday through Saturday; slightly higher fares apply for travel on Sunday. A three-night minimum stay is required for departures Sunday through Wednesday; a two-night minimum stay is required for departures on Thursday; a one-night minimum stay is required for departures on Friday or Saturday. Tickets are nonrefundable. Voluntary reservation changes incur a $100 service charge, as well as a possible fare increase to a non-promotional fare type. Fares do not include $3-18 per passenger airport fee required at some airports, $3.40 per segment fee per passenger, and the “September 11th Security Fee” of $5-10 per passenger. Some flights operated by Skyway Airlines, Inc. or SkyWest Airlines, Inc. d/b/a Midwest Connect. Toronto travel does not include Canadian taxes of up to $10, airport improvement fee of $17, navigation surcharge of $14 and U.S. federal inspection fee of $7. Other conditions apply.
