Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek: Expands Labor and Employment Practice

MILWAUKEE – Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. announced today that Attorney Frank Gumina has joined the firm’s Milwaukee office labor and employment practice.


 “Frank is an accomplished labor and employment attorney who adds key expertise in litigation, counseling and management practices,” said Michael Klinker, vice president, Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek.


 Frank has represented management in labor and employment matters for more than 15 years. He brings extensive knowledge of employment discrimination laws, non-compete agreements and all facets of union matters facing employers. Frank is also a seasoned litigator with respect to labor and employment, regularly trying cases before the courts and various federal and state agencies.


 Frank serves on the board of directors of the Human Resources Management Association, and has served as Chair of its Employment Practices Committee. He is also a member of the Personnel Commission for the City of Franklin and a member of the board of directors for Tomorrow’s Children. Frank belongs to the American Bar Association, State Bar Association of Wisconsin and Milwaukee Bar Association.  He is licensed to practice law in Wisconsin and Illinois.


 A 1991 graduate of Marquette University’s Law School, Frank also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
