Each of us leads everyday. Leadership is not positions and titles. Leadership is helping people unlock their potential. Each helping people unlock their potential. Each of us has many leadership opportunities each day. One of the greatest leaders of all time was Mom! She gave us some timeless advice while we were growing up. We will both laugh and learn during this session, as we apply some of Mom’s wisdom to help our leadership behavior. A few of the truths we will ponder are: “Always wear clean underwear. What if you get in an accident?”, “Say you’re sorry.”, “Don’t judge a book by its cover.”, “If you keep making that face – it might freeze that way.”, “It’s not the end of the world.”, “Remeber where you came from.”
