American Staffing Association: Wisconsin business executive elected chairman of the American Staffing Association Board of Directors

Mark Toth, CSP, was elected chairman of the American Staffing Association board of directors at the trade group’s annual meeting in October.

Toth, a Certified Staffing Professional™, is chief legal officer, chief compliance officer, and vice president of franchise relations for Manpower’s North American operations. He is also involved on the business side of the company, serving on its global leadership team and North American lead team. Toth is a frequent lecturer on a variety of legal topics, and he writes an award-winning employment law blog.
