OSSEO, Wis., July 26, 2023 – U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Deputy Under Secretary for Rural Development Farah Ahmad today announced $7.1 million in additional funding for the construction of a new wastewater treatment facility for the City of Osseo.
