MADISON- Gov. Jim Doyle today announced that two Wisconsin businesses will
share $600,000 in loans from the Community Development Block Grant for
Economic Development (CDBG-ED) Program administered by the Department of

MADISON- Gov. Jim Doyle today announced that Hi-Liter Graphics, LLC,
Burlington, Racine County, will receive a $500,000 loan from the Community
Development Block Grant for Economic Development (CDBG-ED) Program
administered by the Department of Commerce (Commerce). Hi-Liter Graphics,
LLC is a commercial printing company that offers sheet-fed and web printing
