A new employment outlook survey finds Wisconsin employers planning to follow national hiring trends in the last three months of this year.
Milwaukee-based Manpower surveys more than 28,000 U.S. employers to ask about hiring plans. Nationally, 12 percent expect to increase their staff levels while 14 percent expect to reduce payrolls. Sixty-nine percent expect no change in hiring.
