WisBusiness: State adds jobs in July as jobless rate ticks down

Wisconsin added more than 9,000 jobs in July on a seasonally adjusted basis as the state unemployment rate dropped to 7.8 percent from 7.9 percent a month earlier.
The Department of Workforce Development says seasonally adjusted numbers show the state's 9,400 new jobs in July include 6,500 in the private sector.
