New Single-level Workspace is a Collaborative Hub for Employees
SHEBOYGAN, Wis. – Designed to foster synergy, Abacus Architects, Inc., relocates headquarters to a new, collaborative space. The firm is relocating to the building at 1320 Niagara Ave., formerly home to LTC-Sheboygan Campus, as its new Sheboygan office located along the Sheboygan River. The firm has doubled its main office with 5,400 square feet of single-level workspace.
November 2, 2026, was the first day in the new office space designed by lead Abacus Architect project leads Anne Blanke, Interior Designer, and Andy Kerwin, Project Coordinator.

- Two Spacious Private Conference Rooms: Professionally-designed meeting spaces that provide flexibility for client presentations, team collaboration, and private discussions.
- Premier Location and Visibility: Strategically located along one of Sheboygan’s busiest corridors, offering exceptional visibility, convenient access, and ample on-site parking.
- Interior Design Library and Showroom: A spacious, dedicated resource library showcasing the latest materials, finishes, furnishings, and innovative products. This inspiring space allows our design team to collaborate, explore creative solutions, and help clients bring their visions to life.
Abacus Architects was previously located at 1135A Michigan Ave., which was a three-story, 2,600 square foot building with distinct work areas. The business has been in various locations on Michigan Avenue since it was founded in 2003. Abacus Architects also has offices in Milwaukee, Burlington, and Manitowoc.
“Over the years, our address along Michigan Avenue may have changed, but Sheboygan has remained an important part of who we are,” said Paul Mentink, Chief Operating Officer of Abacus Architects. “The new office will bring our team together on one floor, give us room to continue growing, and create a space that better supports the way we work and collaborate.”
