Rite-Hite: Acquires Danish textile duct manufacturer KE Fibertech Group a European TBV market leader

Milwaukee, Wis. (September 3, 2026) – Milwaukee-based Rite-Hite Holding Corporation today announced the acquisition of the KE Fibertec Group, a Danish textile-based ventilation (TBV) solutions manufacturer.

Headquartered in Vejen, Denmark, KE Fibertech has a significant market presence in both Europe and the United States, operating facilities in Denmark, the Czech Republic and Belcamp, Maryland. The group employs 160 people across its eight subsidiaries, four of which are production units. Rite-Hite employs 3,000 people worldwide with international business headquarters in Germany. It also produces fabric ventilation systems (under the DuctSox name), as well as a wide variety of material handling and industrial safety equipment.

The acquisition of KE Fibertec secures Rite-Hite’s leading position in fabric HVAC ductwork, while also strengthening Rite-Hite’s presence in Europe.

“We are already a dominant player in the market for textile-based HVAC solutions with our DuctSox product lines, and we see the acquisition of KE Fibertec as an opportunity to bring further knowledge, expertise and growth to our business,” said Mike Bayer, president of Rite-Hite’s Interior Solutions division.

KE Fibertec is a highly value-driven company that takes great pride in innovation, the well-being and development of its employees, and ensuring that its business with suppliers and customers is conducted in a proper manner.

“Their approach to doing business aligns well with Rite-Hite’s core values, and our focus on putting the customer first,” adds Tobias Zierhut, Rite-Hite’s vice president of international business.

KE Fibertec has been owned by Jysk-Fynsk Kapital A/S (JFK) since 2007. During that time, the company grew to become a significant player in the European and U.S. markets for textile-based ventilation. JFK is currently undergoing a generational transition, which led to a reassessment of its ownership of KE Fibertech.

“We have been very pleased with our ownership of KE, but it has gradually become quite a large company,” noted JKF Director Per Kristensen.

“From the management team’s perspective – and as former minority shareholders – this marks a milestone in the company’s history,” said Carsten Jespersen, CEO of the KE Fibertec Group. “We were looking for a strategic buyer, and preferably one that was already globally active in our field. We are delighted to reach an agreement with Rite-Hite, a family-owned company whose values and DNA are closely aligned with ours.”

KE Fibertec will continue to operate from its existing facilities in Denmark, the Czech Republic and the
United States. Those operations will be supported by local management and local teams, ensuring a
continuity of service to existing customers across the company’s business areas. KE Fibertec will begin
collaborating with Rite-Hite’s German-based global sales, production and service organization to support future strategic growth.
