McCarty Law LLP: Welcomes attorney Brian G. Vargas to its litigation practice

Appleton native brings personal injury experience and commitment to serving injured individuals in Northeast Wisconsin

APPLETON, Wis. [Sept. 2, 2026] —  McCarty Law LLP, a top law firm in Northeast Wisconsin, has added attorney Brian Vargas to its litigation practice. With experience representing injured individuals in personal injury matters, Vargas helps clients understand their legal rights and navigate the process of pursuing settlement or litigation.

Prior to joining McCarty Law, Vargas practiced at a local law firm where he successfully negotiated personal injury cases before and during litigation. He also has experience with trial and appellate work in a variety of civil litigation matters. 

Vargas earned his juris doctor from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Marquette University. He is a member of the Wisconsin Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice, two personal injury associations dedicated to the advocacy and education of attorneys representing injured people.

A native of Appleton, Vargas returned to the Fox Valley after law school and remains actively involved in the community. He serves as a trustee for the Appleton Public Library Board of Trustees, a scholarship committee member for Casa Hispana, vice president of Legal Community Engagement for The Robert J. Parins Legal Society of Northeastern Wisconsin and a scoring judge for the State Bar of Wisconsin High School Mock Trial Regional Competition.
