Nine-month executive leadership development cohort will combine expert facilitation, peer counsel and practical application
FOX CITIES, Wis. (Sept. 1, 2026) – Leadership looks different at the executive level. The decisions are bigger, the challenges more complex, and it can be difficult to find a trusted place to talk them through. That’s why the Fox Cities Chamber is launching its next Executive Elevate, a leadership experience designed specifically for executives with significant organizational responsibility.
The nine-month, in-person experience will provide participants with an opportunity to strengthen their leadership capabilities, broaden their perspectives, and work through the complex challenges facing today’s senior executives.
“Leadership at the executive level can be both demanding and isolating,” said Amy Schanke, VP of Leadership at the Fox Cities Chamber. “Executive Elevate creates a trusted environment where senior leaders can learn from experienced facilitators, exchange ideas with their peers and apply what they learn to real issues within their organizations.” She said the program will focus on four core leadership dimensions:
- Leading Self: Strengthening self-awareness, executive presence, resilience, accountability and communication.
- Leading Others: Building trust, coaching performance, navigating conflict and creating engaged, high-performing teams.
- Leading the Business: Sharpening strategic thinking, decision-making, change leadership, innovation and execution.
- Executive Peer Advisory: Examining real organizational challenges through confidential, facilitated discussions that provide participants with new perspectives and actionable next steps.
Unlike traditional leadership training, Executive Elevate is designed around the experience and responsibilities of senior-level leaders. Sessions will combine expert guidance with candid peer discussion, practical application and opportunities to address current business and leadership challenges.
The cohort will be limited to 18 to 20 participants to encourage meaningful discussion, trusted relationships and a high level of engagement throughout the program. Executive Elevate will be facilitated by Steve Bobowski, an executive advisor, coach and business leader, and Renee Martin, an executive coach and leadership facilitator.
Bobowski brings more than three decades of executive leadership, business development and organizational growth experience. His career includes leadership roles with Procter & Gamble, Pepsi, Kimberly-Clark, Marvel Entertainment and Riddell Sports, where he served as president. He currently works with CEOs, business owners and senior executives as an executive coach and Vistage Chair and was recognized as a 2025 Wisconsin Titan 100 honoree.
Martin is an experienced executive coach and facilitator who works with leaders to strengthen their confidence, communication and ability to influence others. Through individual coaching and customized leadership programs, she has helped professionals and organizations examine challenges, gain new perspectives and turn insight into practical action. Both facilitators currently hold leadership and coaching roles with Dale Carnegie Training.
Session dates are: October 6, November 2, December 7, January 5, February 2, March 2, April 6, May 4, and June 1. Each session will run from 6:00-8:30 PM. The investment is $3,000 for Chamber members; $3,500 for nonmembers.
