Milwaukee, Wis. — August 25, 2026 — Bliffert Lumber today announced the opening of its newest location in Platteville, Wisconsin, expanding the company’s footprint into southwestern Wisconsin and its ability to serve professional contractors, builders, remodelers, and homeowners throughout the region, including northwestern Illinois and eastern Iowa.
The Platteville location marks Bliffert Lumber’s 16th location in Wisconsin and follows the company’s recent merger with East Side Lumber. As Bliffert continues to grow across the state, it remains focused on the personalized service, local decision-making, and community relationships that have defined the family-owned company for more than 120 years.
