Bank of Wisconsin: Rick Bondowski Joins Bank of Wisconsin, a branch of Bank of Sun Prairie, as Senior Vice President, Market President

Birnamwood, Wis.— Bank of Wisconsin, a branch of Bank of Sun Prairie, welcomes Rick Bondowski as new senior vice president, market president. Bondowski is the executive leader of the Bank of Wisconsin brand of banks now with locations in Birnamwood, Wittenberg, Hatley and Antigo, Wis. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, leadership development, data analysis and forecasting, new product development, and operational excellence.

Bondowski has worked in banking for more than 35 years, most recently as regional vice president for Union Home Mortgage and prior to that in executive positions in lending and retail for banks, credit unions and other financials in the Great Lakes region including Associated Bank in Green Bay and Wells Fargo in Minneapolis. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Marquette University and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking.

Ashlee Anderson and Kayce Cherek are both seasoned leaders with 34 years of combined professional experience. Anderson has held leadership roles at financial institutions for more than eight years, most recently as lending advisor with Summit Credit Union and assistant market manager with Incredible Bank. She studied early childhood education, and psychology at Northcentral Technical College before transitioning to a customer-service career path. Anderson serves as treasurer and volunteer on two nonprofit boards, one focused on equality and inclusion: the other on disabled veterans and children.

Cherek spent six years as client financial services manager with Graebel, based in Wausau. She led the client accounting and invoicing team responsible for auditing and processing relocation supplier invoices. Prior to that, she worked for Aspirus Revenue Cycle as payment posting and credit manager for more than eight years. Cherek earned her degree at Northcentral Technical College in business management.
