Greenville, Wis. (June 23, 2026) – QComp Technologies, a leading robotic automation and complex material handling integrator and a 100% employee-owned company, continues to invest in its future with the addition of automation industry veteran Pete Rogers as vice president of sales. Rogers brings more than 20 years of experience in robotics and automation and most recently served as president of automation at Central McGowan.
He joins QComp as part of a broader leadership evolution initiated by newly appointed president Blake Consdorf. The hire reflects Consdorf’s commitment to expanding the company’s position as a premier automation integrator for manufacturers facing highly complex production challenges.
As vice president of sales, Rogers will focus on expanding customer relationships, strengthening sales strategy, and helping manufacturers identify automation opportunities that improve throughput, efficiency, and long-term operational performance. He will also play a key role in aligning sales, engineering, execution, and aftermarket services to deliver a stronger customer experience.
“Pete brings a rare combination of technical depth, operational discipline, sales leadership, and industry perspective to QComp at an important point in our growth,” said Consdorf. “I’ve seen firsthand how well he understands the integration space and how committed he is to helping manufacturers solve complex automation challenges with practical, well-engineered solutions. His experience and leadership will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen our partnerships, expand our capabilities, and deliver long-term value for both existing and future customers.”
Rogers is uniquely equipped for his role at QComp. He began his career as a robotic systems engineer at Acieta, programming and integrating FANUC systems across welding, machine tool, and other applications, before rising through project management and operations leadership. At Central McGowan, he led the automation division for nearly seven years, growing it rapidly and earning two awards from FANUC, as well as recognition as an Integrator of Excellence by Lincoln Electric.
“I’ve spent my career in automation, and opportunities like this don’t come along often,” said Rogers. “QComp has built something special. It’s a company that isn’t afraid to venture where others won’t – take on complex automation systems and deliver results for customers. The growth potential is enormous, the leadership team’s vision is compelling, and the employee-owned culture creates a level of commitment that’s hard to find. The chance to be part of what’s next for QComp was an opportunity I couldn’t pass up.”
Where QComp Wins: Glass and Non-Wovens
QComp has spent more than 30 years solving complex automation challenges that most integrators won’t attempt. There are two industries that exemplify QComp’s reputation more than any other: glass and non-wovens, including wet wipes.
Handling glass requires precision, speed, and exacting attention to fragility. Wet wipes and non-woven products present a different kind of complexity because they are flexible, inconsistent, and difficult to grip reliably at production speeds. They are not materials that respond to off-the-shelf solutions. Instead, they require deep engineering expertise, custom end-of-arm tooling, and the kind of hard-won experience that only comes from QComp’s decades of successful integrations.
QComp is invested in the long-term performance of every system it supports. Through parts, service, upgrades, and lifecycle optimization, the company helps manufacturers protect uptime, extend system life, and maximize return on investment, including support for automation originally installed by other integrators.
