Bone & Joint: Expands into Rhinelander with groundbreaking for sixth clinic location

WAUSAU, Wis. (June 17, 2026) — Bone & Joint Clinic, S.C. (Bone & Joint), Central Wisconsin’s leading independent provider of comprehensive musculoskeletal services, officially broke ground on its future Rhinelander clinic location at 2066 North Stevens St. (map).

The facility is being constructed by Findorff and designed by BWBR Architects Inc., and is expected to open in 2027. The clinic will offer orthopedic care, pain management, same-day walk-in care, sports medicine, physical therapy and diagnostic services, making it easier for residents throughout Oneida County and the surrounding region to access specialty musculoskeletal care close to home.

“For many Northwoods residents, accessing specialty orthopedic care means long drives and delayed appointments,” said Brent Turner, CEO of Bone & Joint. “We’re excited to change that by bringing expert care closer to home and making it easier for patients to receive diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation and walk-in services in one convenient location. Just as importantly, we’re excited to become part of the Rhinelander community and build lasting partnerships that support the health and well-being of the region.”

Bone & Joint has served Central Wisconsin for more than 50 years, helping patients stay active, recover and get back to the lives they love. The Rhinelander expansion is an extension of that mission and reinforces the organization’s commitment to delivering trusted, patient-centered orthopedic care where patients need it most.
