Muskego, Wisconsin – Inpro, a Muskego-based manufacturer of architectural building products, has been named a 2026 U.S. Best Managed Company, a rigorous, nationally recognized program sponsored by Deloitte Private and The Wall Street Journal. Inpro is the only Wisconsin-based company to receive this distinction in 2026, and the first Wisconsin company to earn the recognition since 2021.
The U.S. Best Managed Companies program recognizes private U.S.-based companies generating at least $250 million in annual revenue. Applicants are evaluated by an independent panel of judges across several dimensions: company culture, strategy, execution, governance, and financial performance. As a 2026 honoree, Inpro joins a global community of more than 1,700 Best Managed Companies across 46 countries and is one of just 63 companies in the US to receive the award.
“This recognition reflects the dedication and talent of every person at Inpro,” said Marc Holland, President and CEO of Inpro. “Our team works every day to deliver exceptional products, serve our customers, and build a company culture rooted in our core values: integrity, passion, trust, empowerment, excellence, and community. Being named a U.S. Best Managed Company is a testament to that commitment.”
The recognition builds on a strong track record of accolades for Inpro. The company has been named a Top Workplaces USA honoree for six consecutive years, a Top Workplaces Southeast Wisconsin winner for 17 consecutive years, and a Wisconsin Exporter of the Year. Inpro employs nearly 800 people across its Muskego, Arizona, and North Carolina locations. Inpro ships products to more than 70 countries worldwide.
Inpro’s recognition as a U.S. Best Managed Company is rooted in a culture the company has spent decades deliberately building. In line with its foundational “Employees First” philosophy, Inpro has added more than 225 positions since 2021, continues to invest heavily in its Muskego home base, and supports brick-and-mortar locations in North Carolina and Arizona. For the hundreds of people who have found their careers at Inpro, the company’s culture is built on three promises: that every employee will feel safe, that they will belong, and that their work will matter.
Following Deloitte’s formal announcement of the 2026 award recipients today, Inpro will celebrate the achievement and thank employees for their dedication to Inpro’s company culture in the weeks ahead.
