John Deere: Joins Freedom 250 as key partner in celebrating America’s 250th anniversary

WASHINGTON, D.C. —Freedom 250 is proud to announce a new strategic partnership with John Deere, the iconic American manufacturing company that has helped build the country by supporting farmers, ranchers, and construction crews.

This partnership brings together John Deere — an enduring symbol of American ingenuity and strength — and Freedom 250, united by a shared mission to honor our nation’s heritage and inspire Americans to come together in celebration of its 250th anniversary.

John Deere will serve as a key partner in Freedom 250’s Great American State Fair, a 16-day national exposition running from June 25 through July 10, 2026, on the National Mall, spanning from the U.S. Capitol to the Washington Monument. The event will unite all 56 U.S. states and territories and bring together Americans from across the country to celebrate the people, traditions, and innovations that define the nation – a union of diverse states and territories that together form the strongest country in the world.

Company-sponsored activations will bring the fair to life through immersive and interactive experiences that highlight innovation, craftsmanship, and American industry. As a leading partner, John Deere will provide opportunities for attendees to engage directly with the technologies and equipment that help power America’s farms, infrastructure, and economy.

“We are proud of our longstanding commitment to American farming and manufacturing, and the communities that help drive our nation forward,” said Mara Downing, Vice President, Corporate Communications and Brand Management at John Deere. “Supporting Freedom 250 honors all of those who helped shape this country and we’re immensely proud to be part of this historic celebration.”

“John Deere has been at the forefront of American agriculture and innovation, empowering the men and women who feed and clothe the world with American equipment built on ingenuity, integrity, quality, and an unwavering commitment to the land,” said Freedom 250 CEO Keith Krach. “From the first steel plow to today’s precision agriculture technology, their enduring commitment to farmers and rural communities makes them an ideal partner as we rally the nation around freedom for the next 250 years.
