Milwaukee, WI — Kelmann Restoration, a Wisconsin-based, family-owned leader in property damage restoration, is proud to announce the relocation of its headquarters (from 12001 W Dearbourn Avenue, Wauwatosa to 7865 N 86th Street, Milwaukee) to a newly-expanded facility in the City of Milwaukee. This strategic move positions Kelmann Restoration as the central hub of operations while bringing its affiliated companies—Kelmann Homes, Badger Remediation, and the Kelmann Cares Foundation—together under one roof.
The new headquarters will bring together teams previously located across Wauwatosa, New Berlin, and West Allis into a single, expansive and modernized space. The transition reflects Kelmann Restoration’s focus on improving efficiency, enhancing collaboration, and delivering faster, more seamless service to property restoration and remodeling customers across southeastern Wisconsin.
The 92,000-square-foot facility includes a new 20,000-square-foot expansion designed to support continued growth. The site will accommodate 135 employees, with plans to add at least 10 new jobs, and features 200 new parking spaces with infrastructure to support the company’s fleet and daily operations.
Construction is currently underway, with company move-in anticipated by fall 2026. Kelmann Restoration has invested approximately $6 million into the redevelopment and beautification of the property, contributing to the revitalization of the surrounding area. All construction and subcontracting partners involved in the project are Wisconsin-based, reflecting Kelmann’s commitment to supporting local businesses.
Rooted in a community-first mindset, the move to the City of Milwaukee reflects the company’s ongoing dedication to giving back and strengthening the neighborhoods it serves. The new headquarters will support nearby restaurants, coffee shops, gas stations, and other local businesses while continuing Kelmann’s long-standing tradition of community engagement and charitable initiatives.
Adam Nelson, General Manager shared:
“Kelmann Restoration is consolidating our operations into a single location in the City of Milwaukee to enhance internal communication, streamline project workflows, and reinforce our collaborative and supportive culture. After more than 50 years of operating across multiple sites in the Milwaukee Metro area—including Wauwatosa, New Berlin, and West Allis—this move represents a strategic expansion that will help us streamline our service product and position ourselves for future growth. By bringing our specialized restoration and remodeling teams under one roof, we will be able to respond even faster to emergencies and provide more seamless coordination for our projects. This new unified headquarters strengthens our commitment to the Milwaukee community, serving as a central hub for our 100+ employees and continuing our tradition of charitable contributions and community engagement.”
