Charleston Orwig Collective: Expands PR and social media capabilities with new hires

HARTLAND, Wis. — The Charleston Orwig Collective, comprised of Milwaukee-based full-service agencies C.O.nxt and Jigsaw, has expanded its public relations and social media capabilities with the addition of Lauren Neuman and Andy Parmann. The new hires strengthen The Collective’s ability to serve clients across digital and traditional communications.

Andy Parmann joins The Collective as Senior Social Media Manager, bringing more than a decade of experience in social strategy, content development and brand storytelling. Parmann has helped brands tell compelling stories across a wide range of industries, including tourism, food and beverage, turf management, healthcare, non-profits, and snow and ice equipment. He has also served as a board member of United Adworkers Local 208.

Beyond his professional work, Parmann is deeply engaged in Milwaukee’s creative community. He currently serves as vice president of Bay View Bash, one of the city’s most beloved neighborhood festivals, and is co-owner of The Very Famous X-Ray Arcade—an independently run music venue and arcade that supports both touring and local artists year-round.

Lauren Neuman brings 15 years of experience in media relations, strategic planning, issues management and community relations to her role as Associate Director of Public Relations. Throughout her career, Neuman has worked with brands across various industries, including agriculture, homebuilding, food and beverage, gaming, hospitality and healthcare. Her expertise in media relations and strategic communications strengthens the Collective’s ability to guide clients through an increasingly complex communications landscape.

Neuman’s work has been recognized by professional organizations, including the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and the American Advertising Federation (AAF). She earned her Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) in 2016.

“Andy and Lauren each bring deep expertise and fresh perspective that elevate the work we do for our clients,” said Amanda Janssen-Egan, Vice President of Media and Digital. “As the media landscape continues to evolve, their experience and leadership will help our clients stay ahead, aligning perfectly with our commitment to delivering integrated, forward-thinking communications.”
