Wisconsin State Fair officials today announced that Hairball will bring the ultimate ’80s rock ’n’ roll tribute to the Bank Five Nine Main Stage on Thursday, Aug. 6, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. on the opening night of the Wisconsin State Fair.
Hairball doesn’t just put on a concert – they put on an event! Over the past 25 years, Hairball has evolved into an explosive national touring act that brings the glory of the ’80s – think Van Halen, KISS, Queen and more – to hundreds of thousands of fans throughout the country with a drop-dead accurate homage to the biggest arena acts in the world. This bombastic, action-packed party is chock-full of surprises and guaranteed to thrill.
Tickets go on sale Friday, February 20 at 10 a.m. at WiStateFair.com. All seating for this show is reserved, and tickets will be $34, $39, $44 and $49. Each ticket includes admission to the 2026 Wisconsin State Fair for the day of the show when purchased prior to entering the Fair Park.
Tickets will be available for pre-sale on Thursday, February 19 for Friends of the Fair, a membership benefiting the Wisconsin State Fair Park Foundation.
