Acuity Insurance: Announces staff promotions

Andrew Barron is promoted to Senior Field Claims Representative. He joined Acuity in March 2020 as a Field Claims Representative. He earned his bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Nebraska Wesleyan University. He holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Senior Claim Law Associate (SCLA), Certified Claims Professional (CCP), Associate in Claims (AIC), and Associate in Management (AIM) designations. Andrew resides in Duluth, Georgia.

Bridget Bonde is promoted to Senior Business Analyst. She started her Acuity career in June 2020 as a Business Analyst. Bridget earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in finance from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.

Nikki Carey is promoted to Senior Business Analyst. She joined Acuity in November 2023 as a Business Analyst. Nikki earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and is pursuing her master’s degree in management and leadership at St. Cloud State University.

Josh Drebenstedt is promoted to Senior Commercial Processor. He joined Acuity in October 2014 as a Commercial Processor. Josh earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He resides in Portland, Oregon.

Matthew Friedl is promoted to Senior Claims Representative. Since joining Acuity in June 2019, he has progressed from Building Security Specialist to Claims Representative. Matthew holds a criminal justice degree from Lakeshore Technical College and HAAG certification in residential inspections. He resides in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

Paula Gilbertson is promoted to Senior Customer Service Representative – Claims. She joined Acuity in May 2018 as a Customer Service Representative – Claims. Paula earned a degree in humanistic studies from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.

Ashley Groh is promoted to Senior Commercial Processor. She joined Acuity in May 2014 as a
Commercial Processor and holds the Associate in General Insurance (AINS) designation. Ashley
resides in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

Melissa Hahn is promoted to Senior Commercial Processor. She joined Acuity in July 2004 as a
Commercial Processor. Melissa earned her associate’s degree in computer science from Lakeshore
Technical College. She resides in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

Joel Janke is promoted to Senior Claims Representative. He joined Acuity in June 2015 as a
Commercial Processor and was promoted to Claims Representative in 2019. Joel earned his degree in
communicative arts with a business emphasis from Wisconsin Lutheran College. He resides in Oak
Park, Michigan.

Danielle Jensen is promoted to Senior Commercial Processor. She started her Acuity career in
October 2014 as a Commercial Processor. Danielle earned her bachelor’s degree in public
administration from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. She resides in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin.

Shelly Kammerzelt is promoted to Senior Commercial Processor. She joined Acuity in August 2003 as a Commercial Processor. Shelly resides in Plymouth, Wisconsin.

Jared Laabs is promoted to Senior Business Analyst. He joined Acuity in 2019 as a Business Analyst. Jared earned his bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Wisconsin Lutheran College. He resides in Wisconsin.

Jenilee Mueller is promoted to Senior Commercial Processor. She joined Acuity in April 2007 as a
Policy Assembler and moved to Commercial Processor in 2008. Jenilee earned her associate’s degree
from Lakeshore Technical College. She resides in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin.

Zach Rohde is promoted to Senior Systems Engineer. He joined Acuity in January 2021 as a Systems
Engineer. Zach earned his bachelor’s degree in information technology with a minor in business from
Concordia University Wisconsin-Mequon. He resides in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

Karen Schuchardt is promoted to Senior Claims Consultant. She joined Acuity in 1997 as a Workers’
Compensation Claims Representative and was promoted to Senior Workers’ Compensation Claims
Representative in 2002 and to Claims Consultant in 2024. Karen holds bachelor’s degrees in history
and education from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and has earned an EDI Claims Professional
badge and a UWM Train the Trainer certificate. She resides in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin.

Brandon Schulz is promoted to Senior Commercial Processor. He joined Acuity in October 2014 as a
Commercial Processor. Brandon resides in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.
