MADISON, WI – M3, a top privately held and independent insurance broker and risk management firm in the country, has named Scott Sherman its Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and key member of M3’s executive operating committee, effective January 12, 2026. In this role, Sherman works closely with M3 sales division leaders and executive operating committee members to lead and execute the firm’s overall organic revenue generation strategy across all divisions and markets.
Prior to joining M3, Sherman spent more than 10 years at Arthur J. Gallagher, most recently serving as regional president of Gallagher’s northeast region for employee benefits consulting and brokerage operations.

Sherman earned his bachelor’s degree in mathematics and statistics from Winona State University,
Winona, Minnesota.
