(Feb. 3, 2026) — McMahon, a full-service, professional engineering, architectural and consulting firm, announces Nicholas Arps, municipal and civil engineer, Kevin Coros, project manager, Spencer Kocken, structural designer and Amy Springer, controller and finance manager, as new Associates at McMahon.
At McMahon, this designation is given to employees who exemplify leadership and demonstrate expertise in their fields.
Arps has been with McMahon for more than 25 years, serving as a municipal and civil engineer at the company’s Machesney Park, Illinois, office. He has a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville.
A project manager and professional land surveyor at McMahon’s Valparaiso, Indiana, office, Coros has been with the company for 12 years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering and management technology from Purdue University Northwest.
Kocken has served as a structural designer in McMahon’s Neenah, Wisconsin, office for 11 years. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in structural engineering from MSOE. He is a licensed professional engineer.
Serving as controller and finance manager in McMahon’s Neenah, Wisconsin, office for six years, Springer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and is a certified public accountant.
