TeamLogic IT: Local company named top IT franchise by national firm

GERMANTOWN, WI (January 27, 2026) — Kirk and Lisa Gramoll and John Halama, owners of TeamLogic IT in Germantown, have been named “Franchisee of the Year” by TeamLogic, Inc. at the annual Owners Summit and Vendors Show, held this year in Arlington, TX. TeamLogic IT is a national provider of managed IT services and technology support for small- and medium-sized businesses, with more than 300 independently owned and

operated locations across North America.

The Germantown team’s excellence is reflected not simply in their financial performance, which placed them in TeamLogic IT’s top 10 performers based on 2024 sales, but also in their role in serving the community — both the greater Milwaukee community and other TeamLogic IT franchisees. “I think success is too often defined by straight revenue,” says Kirk Gramoll. “The size of the business does matter, but the other big part is being a

community partner.” They have participated in the United Way of Greater Milwaukee’s Tech for Good Marketplace program, which matches nonprofits with firms offering pro bono tech support, and have also partnered with i.c.stars, a workforce training organization that helps underserved youth in Milwaukee find jobs in tech fields. Also, when other franchisees have needed support due to growing pains or personal tragedy, the Germantown team has stepped up to offer guidance and help shoulder the workload.

“I had a small feeling that I was going to win,” says Gramoll, “just because they kept telling my wife that she had to go to the leadership summit! I also brought two guys from my team with me; you’re only as good as your team.”

Gramoll acquired his franchise and opened the Germantown office 10 years ago; their first client was Discovery World, on the Milwaukee lakefront.
