NEENAH, Wis. (Jan. 26, 2026) — Kundinger, Inc., a Wisconsin and Michigan-based company delivering products and solutions in fluid power, automation and process control to a wide range of industries, announces the addition of four new professionals to its growing team. These key hires, spanning multiple locations and departments, include Josh Baumann, Sheboygan assistant store manager, Jake Kasparian, territory manager, Austin Marlega, warehouse associate and Tanner Roovers, Green Bay assistant store manager.
Baumann will oversee fabricating hoses, selling products, pulling orders and assisting customers at the sales counter in his role as Sheboygan assistant store manager. With a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), he brings 15 years of semi and quad-axle vehicle operating experience, along with expertise in heavy equipment operations. He also has a strong background in warehouse operations.
In his new role as territory manager, Kasparian will focus on sales, working closely with customers and partners to deliver service and solutions. He has experience in both sales and operations, along with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, to support Kundinger’s growing client base.
Marlega brings customer service, inventory handling and cleaning experience to his role as a warehouse associate. He will be responsible for storing and packaging items for a range of locations, helping to streamline inventory processes and ensure timely distribution of products to partners and customers.
As Green Bay’s assistant store manager, Roovers will have a pivotal role in overseeing inventory management, creating hose assemblies, driving retail performance and fostering strong customer relationships. He holds an associate degree in collision repair and refinishing and is currently completing coursework for an associate degree in mechanical engineering.
