January 15, 2026 – CJ & Associates is pleased to announce the promotions of Lisa Rudy to Director of Design and Cailey Sanchez to Workplace Strategist. These promotions reflect the continued growth and strength of the company’s design team and reinforce CJ’s commitment to providing thoughtful workplace solutions across Wisconsin and beyond.
Lisa Rudy Promoted to Director of Design
Lisa has been with CJ & Associates since 1994 and has played an important role in the evolution of the design department. She has decades of experience in space planning, product specifications, and technical problem-solving.
In her new role, Lisa will oversee the daily operations of the design department, manage project flow to ensure on-time project delivery and design accuracy, support team development, processes, and best practices and serve as a working leader actively contributing to projects. She will help ensure that every project meets the high standards our clients expect and that CJ & Associates is known for, while guiding each project to align with client goals and company standards.
Cailey Sanchez Promoted to Workplace Strategist
Cailey joined CJ & Associates in 2022 and has a strong understanding of the strategy behind the many elements that shape a successful workspace, from acoustics to
productivity to wellness, and how each of these factors plays a critical role in how people work and feel within the workplace.
As Workplace Strategist, Cailey will play an important role in setting the early direction of
each project. She will help gather information, understand client goals, and translate those needs into a clear plan for the design team. She will continue contributing to design work while bringing both strategic thinking and creative insight to the spaces we create.
