Dr. Schroeder’s ownership expansion reflects the clinic’s continued focus on quality care and local leadership
APPLETON, Wis. [Jan. 12, 2026] — Family Care of the Fox Cities, a comprehensive family medicine practice serving patients of all ages, is pleased to announce Dr. Wendy Schroeder as a partial owner of the practice, strengthening its physician-led model and commitment to patient-centered care.
Since joining Family Care of the Fox Cities in 2024, Dr. Schroeder has brought a strong clinical background, a collaborative approach to care and a deep dedication to patients and staff.
“Dr. Schroeder exemplifies the values that our practice was founded on,” said Dr. Julianne Falleroni, co-owner and physician at Family Care of the Fox Cities. “Her commitment to compassionate care, clinical integrity and teamwork makes her an outstanding addition to our ownership group.”
As a partial owner, Dr. Schroeder will continue her clinical work while contributing to the strategic direction of the practice alongside owners Dr. Mark Adorjan and Dr. Julianne Falleroni.

A native of Appleton, Dr. Schroeder completed the Fox Valley family medicine residency program. She earned her medical degree from Des Moines University Osteopathic Medical Center and a bachelor’s degree in athletic training from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse.
