FOX CITIES, Wis. (December 19, 2025) As workforce needs evolve and competition for talent grows, communities that win are the ones that invest early and often – in students, educators, and the next generation of leaders. In the Fox Cities, that investment is happening through the Fox Cities Chamber’s Talent Titans program. Talent Titans play a critical role in strengthening the region’s workforce by supporting talent development at every stage — from education and career exploration to leadership and professional growth.
Through their sponsorship, Talent Titans invest in a year-round suite of Chamber programs designed to build a strong, diverse, and sustainable talent pipeline for the Fox Cities. These programs recognize outstanding educators, connect students with real-world career opportunities, and support the growth of emerging and young professionals, all while reinforcing the importance of collaboration between education and business.
Current Fox Cities Chamber Talent Titan companies are Menasha Corporation at the Lead level; and Faith Technologies Incorporated, Johnson Financial Group, U.S. Venture and Walbec Group at the Connect level.
“Talent Titan and its programs play a vital role in building a stronger community,” says Lori Hoersch, Chief People Officer at U.S. Venture. “By celebrating achievement, inspiring innovation, and connecting students with real-world opportunities, these initiatives help develop a skilled workforce, support educational excellence, and fuel economic growth in the Fox Cities. We’re proud to sponsor efforts that invest in talent and create pathways for future success.”
Talent Titan sponsorship encompasses five key Fox Cities Chamber programs throughout the year: the Excellence in Education Awards in March, the Future Fox Cities Career Expo in April, Intern Immersion in June and July, the Pulse Future 15 program in October, and Smart Girls Rock in November. Together, these initiatives engage individuals from K–16 education through early career professionals, helping participants see and pursue pathways to success close to home. Sponsors say this comprehensive approach is key to long-term regional success.
“Supporting the development of a strong, future-ready workforce is essential to the long-term success of our region,” says Bruce Zak, SVP Regional President, Northeast at Johnson Financial Group. “Through the Talent Titans program, we are proud to support initiatives that connect education, career exploration, and professional growth, helping prepare the next generation of leaders in the Fox Cities.”
For sponsoring organizations, becoming a Talent Titan is more than a show of support—it is a strategic investment in the future workforce and their own talent pipeline.
“Being a Talent Titan closely aligns with our mission of helping people reach their destination,” says Aaron Green, Area Manager – Technical Services at Walbec Group. “By investing in these programs, Walbec is supporting career readiness, educational opportunities, and community connection that strengthens pathways for individuals to reach their goals. We are proud to support both current and future leaders in our community, as well as those who contribute to building a thriving local economy.”
Talent Titans also gain meaningful brand visibility across these high-impact programs, positioning their organizations as champions of education, innovation, and workforce development. More importantly, they help ensure that the Fox Cities remains a place where talent is recognized, nurtured, and retained.
“Menasha Corporation is always looking ahead, and that includes investing in tomorrow’s leaders and changemakers,” says Tina Seashore, Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer at Menasha Corporation. “Preparing a skilled, educated workforce is critical, especially as work continues to evolve at an accelerating pace. That’s why we take a ‘Leader’ role in supporting programs as a Talent Titan—programs that help shape emerging talent at every stage. Our future workforce begins with our educators, extends through career pathways, and supports young professionals. We believe in the Fox Cities Chamber’s efforts to build a strong talent pipeline, and we’re proud to be a Talent Titan. Thanks to programs like these, the future looks exceptionally bright.”
The Fox Cities Chamber extends sincere thanks to all organizations who participated as Talent Titans this year. Their commitment continues to make a lasting impact on students, educators, young professionals, and the broader business community.
