December 17, 2025 – Alair Homes Milwaukee is pleased to announce the addition of Jared Johnson as the company’s new Integrator and Director of Operations. With more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Johnson brings extensive hands-on expertise, leadership, and a passion for building to the Alair Milwaukee team.
Johnson’s construction journey began in 1999, working in the field on foundations and roofing before launching and leading his own general contracting company for a decade. He later expanded his experience by working with other general contractors across Wisconsin. His background gives him a comprehensive understanding of project flow, team collaboration, and the full lifecycle of a home renovation.
“I love the process of building and watching a project come together,” said Johnson. “I’m excited to help get our systems running smoothly, support our growth goals, and exceed our clients’ expectations every step of the way.”
A graduate of Waukesha West High School, Johnson has also participated in industry professional development, including time with Remodelers Advantage, honing the operational and strategic skills he now brings to Alair Homes Milwaukee.
