MILWAUKEE, WI — Lowlands Group is once again transforming Wisconsin’s winter into a season worth celebrating with the return of its beloved Winter Experiences—heated, private outdoor dining destinations that bring European charm to the heart of the Midwest. Beginning November 10, Lowlands Royaal Perks members will receive first access to reservations, followed by the general public on November 17. The first Winter Experience reservations will be available on November 28, Black Friday.

CAFÉ BENELUX — Lux Domes (Milwaukee, Third Ward)
Perched atop the Café Benelux rooftop, Milwaukee’s original Lux Domes invite guests to dine amongst the skyline in heated, European-inspired comfort. Each 90-minute reservation includes:
- • Two complimentary beverage packages (serves up to four each)
- • A keepsake Lux Dome camp mug for every guest
- • The option to add on signature food and beverage platters
Beverage Highlights:
Espresso-tini Tree, Cosmopolitan Martini Tree, Spruced Up Buckatabon Old Fashioned, Decadent Chocolate Martini Tree, Lemondrop Martini Tree, Odyssea Red Sangria, Pineapple Passion Mule, and Peppermint Hot Cocoa. Non-alcoholic options include the Pom-Royale, N/A Mimosa, Cinnamon Hot Cocoa, and Tropical Mule packages.

CAFÉ HOLLANDER — Alpen Globes, Domes, & Igloos Across Wisconsin
WAUWATOSA
Dine beneath the twinkling market lights in a custom Alpen Globe (seats 6-8 guests), in the heart of the magical Tosa Village. Each 90-minute experience includes festive décor, warmth, and exclusive platter options like the Bruschetta Sharing Platter and Dessert Platter—perfect for gathering with family and friends.
DOWNER AVENUE (Milwaukee)
Guests can choose between two Alpen Globes that seat 6-8 or a larger Igloo ideal for groups of 8–12. All Hollander experiences feature the same curated beverage packages and food platters, including fan favorites like the Hot Chocolate & S’mores beverage spread and the Bruschetta Sharing Platter.
BROOKFIELD
Located in the Corners of Brookfield Shopping Center, two Alpen Globes offer a serene escape from the bustle of the mall, ideal for cozying up between errands or celebrating a special occasion.
MEQUON
A single Winter Dome and larger Igloo provide charming spaces for friend and family gatherings large or small—both featuring winter décor, signature food platters, and cozy beverage upgrades.
MADISON
Three Alpen Globes bring the festive Hollander experience to the heart of Hilldale Shopping Center in Madison. Warm, intimate, and distinctly Lowlands, they’re the perfect retreat from the holiday rush.
All Hollander Winter Experiences include a complimentary welcome drink of choice, ordered upon arrival:
- High Speed Wit 5% | House Belgian Wit bier. Notes of coriander and orange peel.
- Fizz Rizz | Bubbles with a touch of raspberry liqueur and a lemon zest.
- Peppermint Silk Cocoa | Silky hot chocolate spiked with Sugarland Peppermint stick liqueur. Topped with marshmallows.
- N/A Zest & Berries | Zilch N/A Sparkling Brut with a kiss of raspberry syrup.
- N/A Luscious Cocoa | Dark and decadent hot cocoa topped with marshmallows.
BUCKATABON TAVERN & SUPPER CLUB — Northwoods Shanties (Wauwatosa)
Frank & Larry’s Northwoods Shanties return this season, handcrafted by KMS Limited in Eagle River, Wisconsin. These cozy, private shanties capture the nostalgic magic of an up-north getaway—without the frozen lake—right in the heart of Tosa Village.
Each 90-minute reservation includes seating for up to eight guests, two complimentary pre-ordered beverage packages, and the option to add on additional drink packages or exclusive food platters.
Beverage Highlights:
Signature selections include the Nitro Espresso Martini Tree, Teddy Bear Picnic Mule, Spruced Up Buckatabon Old Fashioned, SweetTart Toddy, Barrel-Aged Cherry Bourbon Manhattan, Buckatabon Old Fashioned, and Frosty’s Lament Peppermint Hot Cocoa. Brunch and N/A options like the Mimosa, Buckatabon Bloody Mary, N/A Midday Mule, and N/A Peppermint Hot Cocoa round out the menu for every taste.

• Northwoods Platter — shaved ham, deviled eggs, smoked cocktail sausages, bacon-wrapped
water chestnuts, gruyère grand cru, herb butter, horseradish sauce, and warm brioche rolls.
