SCEDC: Wisconsin Upper Cervical Center brings specialized chiropractic care to Plymouth

Sheboygan County, WI – The Sheboygan County Economic Development Corporation (SCEDC) is proud to celebrate the opening of Wisconsin Upper Cervical Center, located in the historic Riverwalk Center in downtown Plymouth. Founded by Dr. Sarah Gamoke, Doctor of Chiropractic, the center introduces a highly specialized form of chiropractic care known as NUCCA (National Upper Cervical Chiropractic Association) to Sheboygan County, the first of its kind in the region.

NUCCA is a precise, painless, and effective chiropractic technique that focuses on aligning the upper bones of the neck to restore postural balance and reduce nervous system stress. Unlike traditional chiropractic adjustments, NUCCA uses advanced imaging and mathematics-based analysis to correct complex misalignments without twisting, snapping, or popping.

“Day-to-day, I get to connect with patients, uncover root cause issues, and see healing miracles unfold. Each person is treated as uniquely as they are designed,” said Dr. Gamoke. “I am passionate about helping those who suffer from chronic issues like migraines, vertigo, neck pain, and TMJ dysfunction finally find relief. Sheboygan County is my home, and I’m honored to bring this specialty-level service here.”

Having previously practiced in Minnesota, Dr. Gamoke is excited to return to her hometown and serve the local community. With fewer than 300 NUCCA doctors worldwide, most based in large metropolitan areas, her new practice makes advanced chiropractic care accessible right in Plymouth.

The SCEDC assisted Dr. Gamoke in launching Wisconsin Upper Cervical Center, providing business counseling, resources, and support. “Working with Ray York has been amazing. He is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. The SCEDC supplied me with abundant resources and guidance as I navigated the startup process,” said Dr. Gamoke.

Wisconsin Upper Cervical Center will focus on building relationships with families, friends, and neighbors throughout Sheboygan County, offering a welcoming resource for individuals of all ages, from infants to seniors.
