Business Health Care Group: Welcomes benefits and health care professional Janet Lucas Taylor as new executive director

MILWAUKEE – September 17, 2025 – The Business Health Care Group (BHCG) is pleased to announce Janet Lucas Taylor as its new executive director, effective September 22, 2025.
 
Lucas Taylor brings a distinguished background in leading health and benefits programs for Fortune 500 and 1000 companies. Her prior involvement with BHCG has been multifaceted, including service as a member of the Executive Steering Committee while representing Northwestern Mutual, as well as providing consulting expertise to the organization during her tenure as a senior consultant in health, group benefits, and health management at Towers Watson.
 
Most recently, Lucas Taylor served as vice president, benefits at Mr. Cooper Group, Inc., a Fortune 1000 national home loan servicer with 7,900 employees. She brings extensive expertise in benefits strategy and administration, health care, and human resources management. In addition to her corporate leadership experience, Lucas Taylor currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Leapfrog Group—a nationally recognized nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing patient safety, health care quality, and transparency in the U.S. health care system.
