PLOVER, Wis., Aug.20,2025 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale and financing of 1813-1819 Park Ave., a two-suite retail property in Plover, Wisconsin. The property sold for $1.2 million. Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC), a subsidiary of Marcus & Millichap, secured the financing.
“This center is a great long-term investment because of the strong tenants on triple net leases and excellent building condition,” said Jeff Rowlett, senior managing director investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office.
Rowlett represented the seller, VP Plover, LLC. Marcus & Millichap agents Mark Peltin and Blake Hanlon procured the buyer, Niets Investment Company.
Michael Hughes, managing director in the firm’s Milwaukee office, secured the financing.
Built in 2010, 1813-1819 Park Ave. comprises 5,054 square feet on a 0.72-acre corner parcel adjacent to Culver’s and Arby’s. The property is positioned along Plover Road, which sees more than 18,500 vehicles per day. Current tenants include Papa Murphy’s Pizza and Heartland Dental.
