He is passionate about empowering his team, strengthening relationships with homebuyers and real estate professionals, and ensuring the mortgage process remains smooth and reliable. Prior to his career in mortgage lending, Turner served for 20 years in the United States Navy as a Naval Flight Officer. His time in the military developed his passion for teamwork, discipline, and strategic problem-solving; qualities that continue to shape his leadership in the mortgage industry today.
