Brookfield, WI (July 1, 2025) — Lemberg Electric is proud to announce that President Kyle Witte has completed the CEO Advanced Leadership Seminar, an elite development experience hosted by the National Electrical Contractors Association with content created by The Institute for Defense and Business. Held June 8-13, 2025, at Duke University, the seminar welcomed a national cohort of senior leaders shaping the future of the electrical construction industry.
The program featured MBA-level lectures from professors and industry professionals, paired with hands-on group discussions focused on strategic thinking, leadership, and real-world application. Designed for executives of electrical contractors, the seminar offered immediate, actionable strategies for business growth and innovation.
“Being able to step back from day-to-day operations and focus on strategic thinking alongside other industry leaders was refreshing. The ability to walk away with tangible ideas is a testament to the program and education provided. The collaboration amongst my national peers was just as impactful as the lecturers and presenters,” said Witte.
Key seminar topics included strategic planning; organizational development and culture; change management; geo-political economics; and leadership in a complex, evolving market. Attendees were equipped with the necessary tools to help guide their companies through today’s challenges and tomorrow’s opportunities.
As a NECA-member company, Lemberg remains closely connected to education, thought leadership, and industry-wide innovation.
