MILWAUKEE, Wis. — Feb. 2, 2026 — Regal HoldingsTM today announced two naming updates that reflect the company’s evolution into a multi-business portfolio: its Wisconsin-based manufacturing company will return to the historic West Bend CompanyTM name (previously known as SynergyOps), and the parent organization will operate as Regal Holdings (formerly Regal Ware).
The changes honor more than a century of heritage rooted in Wisconsin while creating clearer alignment across the organization’s companies, brands, and investments.
Founded in 1911 and headquartered in West Bend, Wisconsin, West Bend Company is the manufacturing lead within Regal Holdings and a contract manufacturing partner to other brands and companies, producing cookware and kitchen essentials through skilled craftsmanship and vertically integrated capabilities. Returning to the West Bend Company name reinforces the company’s long standing commitment to U.S. manufacturing, operational excellence, and the teams behind products made in Wisconsin.

The transition from Regal Ware to Regal Holdings reflects the organization’s structure today: a platform that provides strategic leadership, shared expertise, and scalable systems to support a growing portfolio while preserving the focus and identities of each company and brand.
