MADISON, Wis. — UnityPoint Health – Meriter is proud to announce that Emily Armstrong, a member of the Security team, has been honored with a Merit Award from the International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS).
This recognition highlights Armstrong’s outstanding professionalism and dedication to patient safety and health.
The IAHSS Merit Award is presented to individuals who demonstrate exemplary service, leadership, and performance in healthcare security. Nominees are evaluated based on criteria such as their contributions to a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff; their initiative in addressing security challenges; and their commitment to upholding the highest standards within the profession.
