APPLETON, WIS. (February 25, 2026) – The Boldt Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Jeff Shipley to Executive Vice President of Operations.
In this expanded role, Shipley will help to strengthen operational alignment and consistency across all Boldt Group companies, including The Boldt Company, Boldt Real Estate, Bildt and Calnin & Goss.
Shipley brings nearly 20 years of dedicated service to Boldt and 25 years of construction industry experience. Throughout his time with Boldt, he has assumed several key leadership roles, including Executive Vice President of Oklahoma Operations and President of both Oklahoma and California Operations. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer for The Boldt Company.

A native of Edmond, Okla., Shipley holds a bachelor’s degree in construction science from the University of Oklahoma.
