Following tenant improvement construction, 3,000-square-foot office in Park Place Business Park to open in April 2026
APPLETON, Wis. (February 10, 2026)—Stevens Construction Corp. has expanded its construction services in the Northeast Wisconsin market with several noteworthy multifamily projects, including The Promenade in Ashwaubenon, a 55+ active adult living community; NOVA Apartments in Green Bay; and Mill on Main in Oshkosh.
As the Northeast Wisconsin region continues to grow, Stevens has leased a new office in Appleton, Wisconsin to better serve its clients, subcontractors, employees, and the community.
The new 3,000-square-foot office is located at 47 Park Place, Suite 850, within the Park Place Business Park. The location offers convenient and strategic access to Interstate 41. Renovations are currently underway with completion scheduled for April 2026.

Brian Olesen, a Professional Engineer (PE), LEED Accredited Professional (AP), and long-time Appleton resident, is leading Stevens’ business development efforts in the Northeast Wisconsin region. He has over 25 years of experience partnering with customers to bring their visions to life, with 10 years in a business development role. Brian graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geological Engineering and Geology.
