In addition to Pulito Services, De Stefanos Group has additional services as part of its long-term vision for growth. These include Ragazzi in Cucina, a developing concept focused on prepared food solutions inspired by Italian and Latin culinary traditions, and Ninni Luccia’s Play Studio, an initiative designed to offer structured educational and enrichment activities for children. These service lines are being developed gradually based on community needs.
De Stefano’s background has played a meaningful role in shaping the company’s values. Raised between Italy and Venezuela within a family influenced by post-World War II migration, he grew up in an environment that emphasized hard work, respect, and strong family bonds. These principles guide the company’s approach to service and community engagement.
His wife, Ana Karina Valdez, with more than 20 years of experience as an industrial engineer has been instrumental in the organization and planning of the business. Together, the family relocated to the United States approximately fifteen months ago and chose Sheboygan County as their new home, being drawn by the community’s openness and opportunities for growth.
Their experiences inspired the creation of De Stefanos Group. The businesses services reflect what the founders describe as a “perfect service triangle,” blending European quality standards, a strong Latin work ethic, and American efficiency and safety practices.
The company also places special emphasis on supporting older adults living independently, offering structured in-home services that prioritize continuity and trust.
