NEENAH, Wis. (Feb. 11, 2026) — McMahon, a full-service, professional engineering, architectural and consulting firm, announces new directors Amy Springer, CPA, director of financeand Derek Gruber, AIA, director of the architectural division.
At McMahon, directors are recognized for consistent embodiment of the McMahon Way including performance, professionalism, growth and development, extra effort and responsible charge which includes both personal growth, sales, mentoring and accountability.
Springer has been with McMahon for more than six years, serving as the finance manager at the company’s Neenah, Wisconsin office. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh.
Gruber has been with McMahon for more than nine years. He previously served as a senior architect and project manager in the architecture division. He has a Bachelor and Master of Architecture from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
